Matt Tellez is an experienced soccer professional, academic advisor, and founder of MLT Elite Endeavor. He currently serves as Academic Advisor at Pre-College Development Academy and has also worked as Camp Director with Los Angeles Football Club (LAFC). Prior to these roles, Matt contributed to soccer coaching and development across multiple levels, including youth clubs and collegiate programs, and is currently the General Manager of Pateadores Nashville.
Matt played Division 1 soccer at California State University, Sacramento, where he ranks among the program’s leaders in appearances before transitioning into coaching and player development.
He holds a Master’s degree in Higher Education Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, demonstrating his commitment to both athletic and academic excellence.

Alex is a Division I goalkeeper from Phoenix, Arizona, currently playing for St. Bonaventure University, in the Atlantic 10 Conference. A product of the Phoenix Rising Academy, Alex played for both the U17 and U19 teams, playing a pivotal role with the U19 squad and serving as team captain.
Beyond his playing career, Alex is a regional referee and aspiring Sports Psychologist. He is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology, with a goal of helping athletes build the mental strength and resilience needed to perform at their best.
At MLT Elite Endeavor, Alex brings his experience, discipline, and passion for growth to his role as a mentor and coach—helping student-athletes unlock their potential both on and off the field.

Ritter is a Division I midfielder from Hood River, Oregon, currently playing for St. Bonaventure University. A product of the Philadelphia Union Academy, Ritter played a pivotal role, serving as captain of the U19 squad.
Beyond his playing career, Ritter loves the outdoors, and runs multiple succesful Youtube channels. He is currently pursuing a degree in Sports Media.
At MLT Elite Endeavor, Ritter brings his experience, creative eye, and growth mindset as he works to expand the brand and advance the MLT mission.
